So, did you try out any of the methods, techniques or strategies on quit smoking? If you did, then you should be familiar with the cessation process. This process can be terrible especially if you have decided to stop smoking.
Besides using anti-smoking techniques and strategies, you may also be using quit smoking medications, It can also be annoying. So annoying, that I decided to put a brief stop smoking action plan to help any excessive smokers during their first week of anti-smoker week.
Here, started with Monday.
This day, you have to define your decisions well. Once you have decided to get rid of cigarettes, than you have to do so. All you have to do is to throw away all your smoking supplies even those you hid under the pillows. By doing that, you are making your home to be smoke-free and cigarette free.
After Monday, let’s proceed to Tuesday…
Getting some help if the urge to smoke become too strong to resist. You have to bear in mind that for the initial days, you will experience unpleasantness in your body, so you have to bear with it.
Next, you have to ask your doctor on what type of quit smoking products to use. Support and encouragement from friends and family is also very important during this day. Besides your family members, why not join some ex-smoker support group and exchange ideas on how to quit smoking fast.
After Tuesday, you can proceed to Wedneday…
This day is the most important day of your stop smoking action plan. It is when you see whether your plan will succeed or fail due to your strong desire to quit smoking or lighting up a cigarette.
During this day, you have to find something to do in order to keep you occupied during some spare time. Keep your mind busy will definitely keep your hands free all the time. However, if the urge to smoke strikes, take a deep breath and count to ten. This will normally works and the urge should go away…
