Hi buddy, welcome back…

Let’s not waste any more time and proceed with Thursday part of the stop smoking action plan.

What you need on Thursday?

By this day, your urge for smoking would be more or less disappears. This is a signal that your plan is doing well. During this time, it means that you should not ruin this plan under any circumstances.

Since it is a Thursday, it is rather a good day to exercise, not only you can distract your mind and also help you to help your body from cigarette toxins.

After you have gone through, you are half way there to complete your action plan. Next, let’s proceed to Friday…

What to do for friday?

This day is to keep the anti-smoking behavior in its tip-top condition, you have survived this far. Your body will be more relieved next few weeks once you survived the weekend. By then, you can start to take in vitamin rich diet.

Vitamins are good for you as they will help your body recover from smoking but they will also help the cessation symptoms. Moreover, it is likely to feel your appetite reviving so fresh vegetables and fruits can be nice substitute for other calorie rich foods.

What’s for the weekend?

If you can, visit the library, watch a movie, go to the beach, just avoid those activities that most people are smoking such as a pub or nightclub. Or you can spend the weekend with your family and friends that are of course non-smokers.  Encouragement and support from them is surely a way to stop smoking totally.

I hope this sharing will conclude on how to stop smoking using a very simple action plan for the week. If you need to re-visit those activities for the past week,  please do so, as I believe kick away a nasty habit such as smoking takes a lot of guts, courage and determination.

Until next, stay tuned for more updates on how to stop smoking totally.
