There are times when smokers are so determined to kick away the smoking habit, but they just could not. This is due to their withdrawal symptoms they are getting from smoking. This blog post will be talking about tips to give up smoking. Not being too exhaustive, I will share only 5 tips here, and the balance

Smoking cessation symptoms is an unpleasant experience for whichever side you look at it. You have to cope with the urge, cravings and all the withdrawal symptoms due to your habit. Determination is needed to when comes to beating up the smoking habit and changing your lifestyle completely.
In order to help you get, we have compiled a short list with tips to give up smoking.
Tip #1
Establish a stop date in advance of a few weeks. This will allow you to have ample time to prepare for those changes your body are adjusting. At the same time, you can get medical attention during this period as your body are adjusting.
Tip #2
This is the simplest no-brainer tip, but very important. On your stop smoking day, throw away all your cigarettes.This will not only prevent easy access to cigarettes but also will have a huge psychological and physical impact on you.
Tip #3
Try not to go to places that prompted you to smoke. Try to avoid seeing cigarettes around when you are have meals and replaces it with some other food and beverages. Also, avoid going to pubs or night clubs during your first week of your anti-smoking campaign.
Tip #4
After you have consulted your doctor on anti smoking plans, get some anti smoking aids, such as nicotine patches or gums that can help you a lot in the smoking cessation process and relieve the withdrawal symptoms.
Tip #5
The money you save when you are using for cigarettes can be put to good use such to get yourself something to eat and wear. Pampering yourself for taking the 1st step in your anti-smoking efforts.
